Typification of Linnaean Barleria(Acanthaceae) binomials based on Indian material

Abstrakt: The three remaining untypified Linnaean binomials in the genus Barleria, described based on material from India, are lectotypified: B. buxifolia, B. hystrixand B. longifolia. The confusion over the taxonomic identity of B. buxifoliais discussed and the need for an epitype indicated.
