Abstrakt: •We present a comprehensive review focusing on the radiological abnormalities in progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), a rare CNS demyelinating disease primarily affecting immunocompromised individuals. Our objective is to aid clinicians and radiologists in early diagnosis and differentiation from other conditions by providing a practical overview of both typical and atypical imaging patterns. By emphasizing the importance of timely recognition, we aim to contribute to improved clinical outcomes through prompt immune-system restoration. We believe this paper will provide valuable insights for readers.
