Pulsed-laser deposition of smooth high-Tcsuperconducting films and multiple layers using a velocity filtration of laser-induced molecular streams from droplets and solid particles is reported. We have shown that a properly arranged fast mechanical shutter synchronised with the laser pulses ensures an effective removal of the droplets and particles. |
