Recognising and prioritising the supply chain risk in project-based organisation regarding the effective environmental factors and by using FMEA technique case study: Ehdas Gostar Nirooye Pars Co.

Abstrakt: Based on the results obtained, lack of liquidity flow in contractor companies with the priority number of 0.133571 was as the most important risk in supply chain. The second rank is related to change of the government's enactments with the priority number of 0.130398 and third priority is related to excessive increase of the expected price of materials and equipment with the number of 0.115694. The fourth to twelfth priorities of risk include uncertainty of access to raw materials, scarcity of the needed materials and equipment, uncertainty of inflation rate, uncertainty of exchange rate, failure of machines and equipment, personnel's carelessness in project execution, and delay in confirmation of the needed orders. According to the experts, all the recognised risks are among the general risks and include other project-based organisations, too. So, the results of the research have a great importance in this regard.
