Abstrakt: Recently, quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSSC) have attracted much attention because they have high absorption coefficients when compared with conventional organic dye-type solar cells. In this work, we investigated the sensitization of solvothermal nanowires and thermally treated MWCNT-TiO2coreshell structures with PbS QDs. ZnS passivation was also implemented by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method using 3 cycles. Besides the absorbance spectrum of these materials, we report the carrier’s life-time obtained by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy in two-electrode cells filled with polysulfide electrolyte.
