Abstrakt:	•Changes in travel behavior and online activity during the COVID-19 outbreak were investigated;•People who are more experienced with online platforms or services tend to record higher ICT adoption during the outbreak;•Cities with higher access to the internet and ICT platforms and higher income per capita tend to record higher ICT adoption;•While lower-income groups tend to reduce travel, higher-income groups seem to continue to travel for specific reasons.
