The process of pulse amplification of operating device screw surface of the extruder with deforming punches has been described. Nonlinear differential equations of screw flexural vibrations under screw surface hardening conditions have been derived and provided that the resistance force and the force of punch acting have the maximum values. The dependencies of operating device bending time change under passing through the main resonance conditions at different points of shock pulse effect and different values of parameter have been presented. The method of artificial neural networks has been used to determine the most influential factors of the experiment of functional dependencies and was based on the general methodology of data science. In particular, an input data set was randomly divided into train samples and test samples 75% and 25%, respectively. It has been found that the use of a variable cross-sectional beam is the most efficient way of spring loading provided that the cross section has to be the maximal at the middle of the working area surface. To determine the dependence, this involved the establishment of the impact force of the punch, when strengthening the surface of the helical working body from changes in the main factors, multifactorial experimental studies of strengthening the surfaces of helical working bodies with the regression equation has been outlined. |
