We describe a 13-year-old boy who presented with blurred vision, vitreous cells, cystoid macular edema refractory response to steroid treatment, and a negative uveitic workup. He was diagnosed with enhanced S-cone syndrome after a complex course. We present a novel mutation and multimodal imaging analysis. |
