Abstrakt: (Anaesthesia. 2020;75:1307–1313)This study aimed to use 2-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and the Non-Invasive Cardiac Output Monitor (NICOM) to investigate distinct hemodynamic patterns found in pregnancy to determine whether those measurements could be used to predict and prevent preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction. The primary outcome was validation of cardiac output assessment via bioreactance compared against TTE with simultaneously paired recordings.
