| Abstrakt: | A hole in the palate was detected in a ten‐day‐old white‐handed gibbon (Hylobates lar).The clinical observations demonstrated a unilateral hypoplasia of the palate, of the maxilla, of a tooth, and of the adjacent facial musculature and skin. |
