Abstrakt: A subset of patients with uncomplicated type B aortic dissection (uTBAD) has been shown to possess higher risk of experiencing late adverse outcomes. Therefore, we conducted an analysis to investigate the role of descending aorta diameters, including total descending aorta diameter and false lumen diameter, as predictor of late adverse outcomes in patients with uTBAD.
