Abstrakt:	Beta-lactam dosing is challenging in critically ill patients with slow extended daily dialysis (SLEDD). This prospective observational study aimed to investigate meropenem and piperacillin concentrations and half-lives during SLEDD and in SLEDD-free intervals.
