| Abstrakt: | Twelve healthy volunteers received single 400-mg oral doses of norfloxacin. During the ensuing 48 h, from 8.3 to 53.3% (mean, 28%) of this dose was recovered in the feces. Peak drug concentrations in fecal specimens ranged from 207 to 2,716 micrograms/g. |
