Abstrakt: Collaborative international epidemiologic studies are important endeavors for improving our understanding of health and disease. They can help answer questions relating to genetic and environmental factors that may plan a role in the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease under study. These studies are challenging but can be very rewarding. There are many opportunities for collaborative international epidemiologic studies in rheumatology which can be explored.
