Abstrakt: |
An organic heterojunction utilizing conducting polymer, poly(2-methoxy-5-dodecyloxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene) (MDDO-PPV), and diamond film with the structure of Al/MDDO-PPV/diamond/Si has been fabricated. The device exhibits current rectification characteristics. The electroluminescence (EL) from MDDO-PPV on the diamond film has been observed. The rectifying junction and EL characteristics have been revealed and explained by taking hole injection from diamond film into consideration. |
