We deposited CdS on a CdInGaS4single crystal for various thicknesses and measured the photoluminescence spectra. The photoluminescence spectra of the CdS/CdInGaS4samples thus obtained with deposition periods of 20 h and 40 h showed very intense green emission peaks at 2.4 eV of the photon energy. Peak energies and shapes of the green emission in CdS/CdInGaS4were in good agreement with those in Cd3InGaS6. |
