| Abstrakt: |
The polished surface of polycrystalline silver has been investigated using Scanning Tunneling Microscopy technique. The analysis of surface roughness shows anisotropic scaling behaviour. Different moments of height-height correlation indicate multifractality along the direction of grooves in contrast to self-affine behaviour in other directions. |
