Abstrakt: |
The vacancy-concentration effect on the vacancy migration energy and the behaviour of divacancies were considered in deriving a formula for the vacancy-current in bcc metals. It turns out that vacancies will migrate in the direction of increasing concentration, when the concentration is greater than some critical value determined by a reasonable physical condition. The method in this paper can be extended easily to other metals. |
