| Abstrakt: | Mass, angle, and energy resolved measurements of the sputtered flux from a Cu (111) crystal have shown a pronounced emission of neutral Cu2and Cu3clusters in the direction of <110>. This is interpreted in terms of momentum alignment in the anisotropic part of the collision cascade. |
