Abstrakt: 1.1. Two main zones of acid phosphatase activity, AcPh1and AcPh2, consisting of several sub-bands, were detected in liver extracts of the common vole by disc electrophoresis at pH 8.4.2.2. Treatment with neuraminidase had no effect either on total enzyme activity neither on the enzyme pattern.3.3. After prolonged exposure of the liver extracts to 37°C the sub-bands disappeared and only the two main activity bands occurred on the zymograms.4.4. AcPh1and AcPh2differed in size, their mol. wt determined by disc electrophoresis were about 72.000 and 116.000 daltons respectively.
