Abstrakt: |
•A novel class of 1-aryl-N-tosyl-1H-tetrazole-5-carboxamide derivatives (12 Candidates) was synthesized.•FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental and mass spectrometric analysis were carried out on synthesized compounds.•In silicoproperties (ADME) were derived and molecular docking analysis was performed on the synthesized targets.•In vivoanti-diabetic and anti-microbial activity was investigated. |
