Abstrakt: The intention behind this study is to identify and analyse the relationship of occupational stress attributes on organisational image and organisational commitment with respect to medical practitioners' satisfaction in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College. Through cross-sectional method using observational research of 440 medical practitioners', data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire depending on the five-point Likert-scale from the descriptive statistical technique and structural equation model to determine their relationship. The result of this study established that organisational strain and professionalism factor are the two foremost predictors of organisational commitment and noteworthy attributes for medical practitioners' satisfaction and organisational image. Similarly, it also marked that the larger the organisational commitment framework among practitioners' the slighter will be their occupational issues with the prevalent medical service deliverable approach. Fundamentally, it will facilitate to build the propensity for a feasible and efficient organisational commitment to meet out the present pandemic situation.
