Abstrakt: |
•The pure and various transition metal doped SnO2nanostructures were synthesized with help of simple chemical co-precipitation method.•The SEM images revealed spherical nanostructures for pure and doped samples.•The Fe doped SnO2spherical nanostructure was exhibited the specific capacitance of 270 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g in 2 M KOH electrolyte.•After 2000 charge discharge cycles, 98% capacitance retention was observed. |
