Abstrakt: Limited studies have applied thoracic continuous spinal anesthesia in abdominal surgery, relying exclusively on opioids. This retrospective study analyzes 2 different schemes of thoracic continuous spinal anesthesia and postoperative analgesia in elderly patients undergoing major abdominal surgery.
