Abstrakt: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of the common forms of hematological malignancy and acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is a unique subtype of AML conferring favorable prognosis. We aimed to determine the prevalence and prognostic impact of Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3), nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1) mutation, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and flow marker’s expression in patients with APL.
