Psychological empowerment and entrepreneurship: insights from Indian corporate

Abstrakt: The present study has tried to explore the impact of psychological empowerment on entrepreneurship and attempted to fill underlying research gap especially in the Indian corporates. A theoretical model is developed that highlights the relationship between psychological empowerment and entrepreneurship. The results depict that psychological empowerment is a strong predictor of the entrepreneurial behaviour of the employees working in Indian corporates. All the four cognitions are found to be positively and significantly associated with entrepreneurial behaviour. The authors have suggested the various ways which can help in enhancing the entrepreneurial behaviour among the workforce of the organisation.
