Abstrakt:	•Electrospinning was used to produce Gelatine bases fibers for maxillofacial surgery.•Raman spectroscopy and SEM were used to characterize the generated nanofibers.•Gelatin and gelatin/sodium hyaluronate nanofibers were successfully electrospun.•The addition of β-TCP formed agglomerate outside the fibers.•The fibers lacked of sufficient mechanical resistance to be implanted in vivo.
