When Vermont's Champlain Water District established its source water protection and monitoring practices years ago, it relied on Partnership for Safe Water and in‐house expertise. The district was the first water supplier in the United States to receive the Partnership's Excellence in Water Treatment Award and has become a role model for water utilities across North America. |
