| Abstrakt: |
The microstructures and proton conductivities of Sr-doped LaPO4 synthesized by two different methods are compared. Though the microstructures and crystal structures obtained from the two methods are similar, the co-precipitation doping method proves to incorporate both more dopants and higher conductivity by about a factor of 5 than the mechanical mixing method. A possible origin of the increased Sr solubility is proposed. |
