| Abstrakt: | Acetaminophen (paracetamol) enhances the analgesic effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Acetaminophen is a weak inhibitor of cyclooxygenase (COX), and its combination with an NSAID may augment COX inhibition-related side effects. |
