| Abstrakt: | Role models are an important factor in the motivation to achieve. This account of group discussions with 12 blind and visually impaired women who are highly motivated to achieve and who lead active, productive lives illustrates this point. It elaborates on the characteristics of these successful women and whom they have selected as role models. |
