Abstrakt:	At present, four states in the USA offer trustors the option of pre-mortem validation. There is no downside to providing trustors this option. And the upside is clear—in these jurisdictions, trustors have the opportunity to defend their capacity and their stated intentions before they die so that their survivors will not end up litigating against each other after the respective trustor has died.
