| Abstrakt: | The skeletal muscle of cattle suffering from generalized glycogenosis type II was shown to lack acid α-glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.3) activity. Furthermore, there was no evidence of enzymically inactive proteins that cross-reacted with antibodies raised against acid α-glucosidase from the muscle of normal animals. |
