| Abstrakt: | Co-Cr-W coatings were deposited onto stainless steel and carbon steel substrates by dc planar magnetron (DC-PM) sputtering and then were melted using an electron beam. The resulting electron beam induced changes in the microstructure and composition of the coating are presented. |
