Various problems are described that may arise at each stage of the rehabilitation process when dealing with individuals of various ethnic minorities who are also disabled. Emphasis is placed on counselors acquiring a knowledge and understanding of cultural diversity factors as these relate to accurate problem identification, rehabilitation planning, and service provision. |
