Abstrakt: Skeletal and heart muscles from lambs fed vitamin E deficient and E supplemented diets have been analyzed for several inorganic elements. The results of these analyses revealed that skeletal muscles from vitamin E deficient lambs had a higher concentration of sodium and calcium and a lower concentration of potassium than skeletal muscles from control lambs. Heart muscle from E deficient lambs contained more calcium and phosphorus than those from control lambs.
