Abstrakt: Intravenous drug abuse can cause a characteristic crystalline maculopathy. Very rarely, peripheral retinal neovascularization can also be seen in intravenous drug abusers. We present a case of a young cocaine abuser with bilateral crystalline maculopathy and peripheral retinal neovascularization.
