TRANSIENT WIND EROSION

Abstrakt: Wind velosities are often nonstationary with an almost cyclical repetition of strong gusts followed by relative calmness. It was demonstrated that the effects of nonstationary wind velocity on soil erosion are significant, and that a transient model is necessary to estimate rates of wind erosion.
