Giant cell tumours of tendon sheath origin are uncommon in the foot and ankle and extremely rare in the sinus tarsi. For cases that are difficult to evaluate clinically, MR imaging is recommended for diagnosis and assessing the extent of involvement. We report on a case located in the region of the sinus tarsi that was clinically misdiagnosed as a ganglion. |
