Abstrakt: We report the case of a 12-year-old girl with Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosisnecrotizing lymphadenitis. Awareness of this disease is critical for the diagnosis given that corynebacteria are often considered as skin contaminants. The isolate was highly susceptible to antibiotics but only ciprofloxacin, rifampin and gentamicin exerted bactericidal activity.
