| Abstrakt: |
“Learning Needs of the New Graduate Entering Hospital Nursing”, published in the November 7987 issue of Nurse Educator, reported on a study of the learning needs the new graduate has in order to make effective patient care decisions. In this article, the authors consider several important implications of that study. They conclude that nurse educators and nurse practitioners must work together more effectively to identify and successfully teach the content and skills most relevant to solving nursing care problems. |
