Abstrakt: This study describes orthopaedic surgery resident and faculty perceptions after the first 2 years of work-hour restrictions. We hypothesized that both groups would perceive negative effects on both patient care and resident education and that faculty would report decreased technical proficiency and competence of residents over time.
