Abstrakt: Through in vivo imaging of the calcium sensor GCaMP, the RhoGAP SPV-1 is shown to be a key regulator of calcium signaling in the Caenorhabditis elegansspermatheca, working through both the Rho-ROCK and calcium signaling pathways to coordinate cellular contractility.
