Abstrakt: | •107 ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae isolated from animals and wastewater were investigated.•blaCTX-M-1and blaCTX-M-15were predominant in E. coliand K. pneumoniaeisolates.•A C. freundiiisolate carried blaCTX-M-15, blaTEM-1and blaOXA-204genes.•The E. coliisolated belonged to ST131 (2 CTX-M-27 and 4 CTX-M-15), ST224, ST162, ST845, ST5204, ST69, ST141 and ST10.•The K. pneumoniaeisolates belonged to ST405, ST147, ST564, ST307, ST152, ST45, ST661 and ST1564. |
