| Abstrakt: |
We present the management of severe pain in a patient with a flail chest following blunt trauma. The patient presented with right sided chest pain, shortness of breath and inability to cough. A right‐sided serratus anterior plane block was performed which resulted in a marked reduction in the patient's pain scores and improvement in symptoms. |
