Abstrakt: | Despite its progress, political science is held to be out of touch with much of contemporary politics. The author lays the blame on the concept of the state, which pervades the thinking of political scientists to the extent that they cannot adequately come to terms with the widespread political situations in which anarchy, instability, discontinuity, and disorder prevail. Political science should instead "focus primarily on the political process in the dynamics of human existence." |
