Abstrakt: A study was made of the addition of a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate (CEVA) on the cracking resistance of a composite based on high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). It was shown that the introduction into the composite of a small quantity (0.5–1.5 wt%) of CEVA of certain composition in the form of its concentrate based on LLDPE leads to a significant increase in the stress cracking resistance of the composite, with retention of high physicomechanical properties.
