| Abstrakt: | Cutaneous cryptococcosis occurs in 10 to 15% of patients with cryptococcosis. Because the cutaneous crytpococcosis may precede clinical signs of central nervous system disease, early recognition may lead to more successful outcomes. This article reviews the mycology, epidemiology, pathology, clinical manifestations, and treatment of this disease, focusing primarily on the cutaneous aspects. |
