| Abstrakt: | A simple and convenient synthetic approach to the new series of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydro-1,6-naphthyridines 1a-jhas been developed. This was achieved viaa one-pot process combining metalated 4-piperidinonimine alkylation and intramolecular cyclization. |
