Abstrakt: Indwelling Ureteral stents are fundamental instruments for modern urologist. They are commonly used in the management of upper urinary tract obstruction. Complications are rare. Knotting of the stent at its proximal coiled end is a very rare event but it can be resolved easily by an endoscopic approach if promptly recognized.
